She and the Surfer return to the stars.Nova tells the Surfer she wishes to find a treasure she once heard about and that it would be fun to find it. He agrees and they travel to the location she had heard of. They arrive and find a room of wealth beyond imagination. Nova offers the Surfer to share the wealth with her, but the Surfer has no interest in riches. They are then attacked by someone else looking for the treasure, Terrax.To stop Terrax from taking the money and using it for his ill purposes, the Surfer uses his power to turn the gold into sand. Terrax leaves and Nova seems to have sinister purpose.
