“X-Calation”

Guest-Starring X-Factor (Havok, Polaris, Strong Guy, Wolfsbane, Quicksilver, and Madrox). Rick informs the Hulk that he may be fighting on the wrong side when he discovers the hardware used by the “bad guys” is supplied by the U.S. government. Meanwhile, X-Factor arrives on the scene and things escalate into good old fashioned super-hero fisticuffs.

 

  • The Hulk asks the members of X-Factor if the “other guys” know that they copped their name. The Hulk is referring to the original X-Factor whom the Hulk first met in Incredible Hulk #336–337. Unknown to the Hulk the original X-Factor disbanded and rejoined the X-Men in X-Factor #70.
  • Continued in X-Factor (Marvel, 1986 series) #76.
